2. In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and loads nothing from third parties unless you start a video. Fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When pages are requested, the server automatically records what your browser transmits (server log files): IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the host’s terms (Data Processing Addendum).

4. Contact form and e-mail

When you write to us via the form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, the selected direction and your message to answer your request. Form data is only sent to us by e-mail; the web server neither stores nor logs it.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. E-mails are processed by the e-mail hosting provider of our domain. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. To protect against spam, the form contains a field invisible to people and checks how long it took to fill in; no additional data is stored for this and no third-party services are involved.

Edit Lab waitlist

On the Edit Lab page you can join a waitlist. We process your e-mail address, who you are (e.g. creator, business, video editor), how many videos you need per month and — optionally — what you make, what budget feels fair to you, where you would run the system and your message.

The purpose is to contact you about Edit Lab and your request and to gauge interest in Edit Lab. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to hello@sundays.media. This is not a newsletter subscription.

On submission the data is sent to us by e-mail; the web server neither stores it in a database or files nor logs it. E-mails are processed by the e-mail hosting provider of our domain. We delete the data when you withdraw your consent, at the latest 12 months after you joined, unless it leads to a collaboration or statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Embedded videos (Vimeo, YouTube)

Videos are first shown only as a preview image from our server. The player of Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA) or YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) loads only after you click “Play”; data such as your IP address is then transferred to the provider. Vimeo is embedded with “dnt=1”, YouTube via youtube-nocookie.com. Data may be transferred to servers in the USA. Legal basis: your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Links to social networks

This website contains simple links to Instagram, LinkedIn and shcherbak.wtf. No plugins or content of these providers are embedded; data is only transferred when you click a link and open the provider’s page, where the provider’s privacy policy applies.

7. Your rights
